The place isn't bad but the management is horrible. I started talking to them about the lease a month ago because I am adding my brother to it and no notice in the past month of the rent increasing to the amount they told me today, only the amount they said in the email, This was all after them telling my brother earlier today that it wasn't going to increase at all. No notice what so ever, and I am a week and half from my current lease expiring. I have maintenance requests in from the first week that we moved in here that has not been looked at yet, and I've been here for 2 years.Įvery year they mess something up on my lease, and after getting an email saying my rent was going to increase in January, I go to sign the lease and then they tell me it is an extra $100 more then what the email said. From my lease to maintenance it has been horrible.
